- Account Credentials: Profile details managed securely by Auth0 during user registration.
- Billing Information: Payments and billing details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card information on our servers.
- Geospatial Data: Uploaded video inspection tracks, GIS maps, coordinates, and checklists saved on Firebase infrastructure.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to configure the SoliEarth dashboard, enable GIS mapping renders, process payments, and send platform updates or response emails via our support relay.
3. Data Security and Sharing
SoliEarth is committed to protecting your security. We implement standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and rest. We do not sell or lease user information to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with our core processing dependencies (Auth0 for identity validation, Stripe for billing, Google Firebase for cloud hosting).
4. Your Choices & Data Access
Users can view, modify, or request deletion of their account profile and project data directly inside the SoliEarth account portal, or by contacting our support team via our secure contact form.
