What video formats does SoliEarth support?
We support all standard video container formats, including MP4, MOV, and AVI. For optimal geospatial mapping, we recommend uploading MP4 files encoded in H.264 alongside GPX or CSV coordinate tracks.
I am having trouble logging in with Auth0. What should I do?
Click the "Log In" button on the navbar. On the Auth0 Universal Login window, click the "Forgot Password" link to trigger a secure reset code to your registered email. If your organization enforces SSO, contact your IT administrator.
How are Stripe invoice payments handled?
Your subscription is processed automatically by Stripe at the start of each billing cycle. You can download invoices, update credit cards, and change tiers inside the secure SoliEarth Billing settings.
