1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for an account on the SoliEarth platform or visiting the soliearth.com website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Account Access & Security
You must maintain the security of your account and credentials (handled via Auth0 authentication). You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account name. Any security breaches or unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
3. Subscription Payments & Fees
By selecting a plan, you agree to pay SoliEarth the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. All payments are securely managed via Stripe.
4. Intellectual Property
SoliEarth Infrastructure Systems Inc. retains all rights, titles, and interests in the SoliEarth platform, trademarks, and source code. Users maintain full ownership of all visual inspection videos, project reports, and data lists uploaded to their accounts.
